Empower Hour

 

This cultural initiative, Empower Hour, is designed for the entire PPS community and embodies our core values of extreme ownership, eternal curiosity, and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing. Conducted virtually and open to all PPS employees nationwide, it provides an inclusive platform for professional development and cultural immersion. These sessions encourage participants to move beyond passive listening and become active contributors through a dynamic exchange of ideas, featuring guest speakers from within PPS and renowned thought leaders.
